Terms and Conditions

1. The program

A registered participant ("Referrer") who refers to a veterinary clinic that completes a qualifying purchase of the VISTA iQ system is eligible for a reward of $1,000 USD. The referred clinic receives 10% off its first purchase. Participation is free and constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Qualifying purchase (the only payment trigger)

A reward is approved only after the referred clinic completes a purchase: either (a) a completed one time purchase of the VISTA iQ system, or (b) an active paid monthly subscription plan. For monthly plans, the reward is confirmed after the third consecutive paid month. Demos, meetings, quotes, trials or expressions of interest never qualify. HT Vet's records are conclusive in determining whether a purchase qualifies.

3. Attribution

A referral is attributed when the clinic first contacts HT Vet through the Referrer's personal referral link, or names the Referrer at first contact. If more than one Referrer claims the same clinic, the first recorded attribution in HT Vet's systems wins. Self referrals, referrals of the Referrer's own clinic or employer, and referrals of clinics already in active discussions with HT Vet within the prior [90] days do not qualify.

4. Reward, approval and payment

The reward is $1,000 USD per qualifying purchase, paid in cash, with no cap on the number of referrals. A referral and its reward are approved only after a 14 day period from the clinic's receipt of the device, and only if the device was not returned and the transaction was not cancelled; for monthly plans, after the third paid month. Once approved, the Referrer must submit a payment request and a valid invoice to HT Vet; both are required before any payment is made. Payment is by bank transfer at the end of month plus 30 days (EOM+30) from receipt of a correct invoice.

Tax documentation is required before payment: for US persons, a completed W-9 (HT Vet may issue a 1099 where required); for Israeli residents, a valid bookkeeping certificate and a withholding tax certificate (Ishur Nihul Sfarim, Ishur Nikui Mas Bamakor); for the UK and other countries, as HT Vet advises. Rewards may be treated as taxable income; taxes are the Referrer's responsibility. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back before payout, the reward is void.

5. Eligibility and conduct

Referrers must be 18 or older and legally able to receive the reward in their jurisdiction. Employees of HT Vet and their immediate family are not eligible. Referrers may not use spam, paid advertising on HT Vet brand terms, misleading claims, or represent themselves as HT Vet agents. Referrers are independent participants, not employees, agents or partners of HT Vet, and this program creates no such relationship. Where the Referrer is a veterinary professional, the Referrer is responsible for compliance with any professional rules on referral fees and for disclosing the reward to the referred clinic where required.

6. Our rights

We may modify, suspend or end the program at any time; rewards already approved will be paid. We may refuse or reverse a reward in cases of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms or error, and this is our sole discretion. These Terms are the entire agreement for the program and replace prior communications about it. Our total liability to a Referrer under the program is limited to the unpaid approved rewards.

7. Privacy

Personal data of Referrers and referred clinics is processed under the HT Vet Privacy Policy https://ht-vet.com/privacy-policy/ for operating the program, contacting referred clinics and paying rewards. By submitting a referral through their link, the Referrer confirms the clinic contact expects to hear from HT Vet.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes go to the courts of Israel. Void where prohibited.
